Dear Valued Clients,

As part of our efforts to expedite the process of addressing your technical support requests, we request your authorized representative to log in using our online ticketing helpdesk starting today. This will also allow you to track your request status online more conveniently.

To register, please follow the following steps below or see also attached file below:

1. Go to https://helpdesk.webfocus.ph/index.php?/Base/UserRegistration/Register
2. Enter your full name, email address, desired password, and the captcha to register.
3. To activate your account, go to the inbox of the registered email address and click the activation link.
4. Log in and submit your support request to https://helpdesk.webfocus.ph
5. Once you submit your ticket, you will receive an email that confirms we have received your message.
